Shipping prices are approximate and may vary. We will always try and use the most cost effective shipping method to ensure lowest cost. All orders have a basic $5.00 shipping and handling charge. Heavy items list a shipping surcharge. Some items such as the "Heart of the Matter" book, if ordered individually, would result in a shipping cost below our basic $5.00 charge.
